1. What are reed diffusers? Reed diffusers are flame-free home fragrance bottles filled with scented oil that travel up porous reeds and slowly scent a room continuously.
2. How long do Mishkan reed diffusers last? Mishkan reed diffusers typically last 2–4 months, depending on the diffuser size, room size, and airflow.
3. How strong is the scent? Our diffusers are designed to be balanced and refined—noticeable without being overpowering. Scent strength will vary based on placement and room size.
4. Should I flip the reeds? Yes, flip your reeds once or twice a week to refresh and strenghten the scent, but do it carefully over a paper towel or sink so oil does not drip onto furniture or surfaces.
5. How can I make the scent stronger? For stronger diffusion: Place the diffuser in an area with light airflow Rearrange the reeds in the bottle occasionally Add or replace reeds as needed
Aso-Oke Pillow Covers
1. What are Mishkan pillow covers made of? Our pillow covers are handcrafted from Aso-Oke, a traditional woven textile known for its durability, texture, and timeless beauty. Both sides of each cover are made entirely from Aso-Oke.
2. How often should I wash the pillow covers? Aso-Oke does not require frequent washing. We recommend washing only when the cover is visibly dirty or stained, as unnecessary washing can reduce the longevity and texture of the fabric.
3. How should the pillow covers be washed? Wash gently with mild detergent on a delicate cycle. Air-dry or tumble-dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the fabric.
4. Do the pillow covers include inserts? No. Our pillow covers are sold without inserts, allowing you to choose your preferred fill for comfort and fullness.
5. Why might there be slight variations in color or texture? Because Aso-Oke is handcrafted, slight variations in weave, texture, and color are natural and part of the fabric’s character. Lighting may also affect how colors appear.
6. Where can I use reed diffusers? Mishkan reed diffusers are suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, entryways, and offices. Use 200ml for larger spaces and 100ml for smaller spaces Place on a stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat.

1. Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only.
2. How much is shipping? Free shipping on all Colorado orders. $7.99 flat-rate shipping to all other U.S. states.
3. How long does shipping take? Colorado orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days. Orders outside Colorado typically arrive in 7–10 business days.
4. How fast do you process orders? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email once your order ships.
5. Do you provide tracking? Yes, tracking details will be sent in your shipping confirmation email.
6. What carriers do you use? We use trusted carriers, and the carrier + tracking info will be included in your confirmation email.
7. What if my package is delayed? Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather or carrier delays. Mishkan Living isn’t responsible for carrier-related delays.
