Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and respond as quickly as possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to:

Shipping & Handling
If a replacement is approved, Mishkan Living will cover shipping for the replacement item.
